Can I order online?
Yes you can. It’s easy to order online and save time on your way into the festival!
how quickly are orders processed?
We aim to have online orders ready within 15 minutes or less. You’ll receive an email notification letting you know it’s ready for pickup.
When Can I pick UP my Order?
We’ll be open early the week before and after Shambhala to help accommodate the additional visitors to Salmo from around the world!
Salmo Cannabis is open 8am-8pm on the following dates: July 20-24 and July 27-29. Otherwise, our regular business hours are 10am-8pm daily.
Be prepared to show two pieces of ID. Must be age 19+.
Do you deliver to the festival?
Delivery is not available at this time. Please pick up your order at the Salmo Cannabis store located at: 409A Railway Ave Salmo, BC

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept debit, credit cards, Canadian and USD currency.
How much can I buy?
You can buy up to 30 grams of dried cannabis per purchase.
If you come with a friend, you can both purchase up to 30 grams each.
Note: Some concentrated products are equivalent to a larger amount of dried cannabis. Example: .5g vape cartridge = 2 grams dried cannabis, 1g shatter or hash = 4 grams dried cannabis.
How long will you hold Online orders?
Feel free to pre-order in advance. We will hold online orders for up to 14 days.
Do you sell Disposable vapes?
YES. We now carry a selection of disposable vape pens, as well as traditional vape cartridges and batteries.
Do you sell nicotine vapes?
Sorry, we only have cannabis vapes :) There are vape stores nearby in Fruitvale, Trail, and Nelson.
What other stores are In Salmo? What Else is there to do?
Salmo is a beautiful place to visit, with friendly people and all your basic amenities! There are two grocery stores, two liquor stores, a gas station, a pharmacy, a post office, library, and a hardware store. Plus, there’s lots of food options including: Erie Creek Brewery, Dragon Fly Cafe, The Salmo Pub, The Junction restaurant, Pizza Mine, Shredder’s Cafe at The Salmo Ski Hill, Roxie’s at The Salmo Golf Course and Subway.
Check out Nana’s Flower Shack, Mountain Valley Bliss, or Salmo Cannabis for more shopping, where you can even find some souvenirs. There are campsites available at KP Park if you plan to arrive early or stay after the festival. For overnight accommodations book with Reno Motel, Sal-Crest Motel, Selkirk Motel & RV Park or Airbnb.
If you’d like to eat local, farm fresh Kootenay foods, there are 3 farm stands offering self-serve produce, dairy, and meats daily. Visit Clutch Farm, Salix and Sedge Farm, and Forrest Farm Sheep & Goat Cheese Creamery. Treat yourself at Essensia Spa or relax at the Willow Healing Arts Building where healing practitioners offer acupuncture, massage, chiropractic and physiotherapy services.
You’ll find live music, artisan vendors, fresh food, and local goods at our Salmo Valley Farmers Market, every Thursday evening in KP Park from 4pm-7pm. Yoga is offered Tuesdays and Wednesdays at For-Rest Retreat. Barre Pilates is offered Monday, Thursday, and Saturday at the Salmo Valley Youth & Community Centre, where you can also find a full gym and fitness centre. And, of course, don’t miss Open Mic with Marty Carter every Friday Night at Erie Creek Brewery!
Where is your Cannabis supply sourced?
As a licensed retail cannabis store in the province of BC, we only supply cannabis grown in facilities approved by Health Canada. You can rest assured you are receiving quality cannabis that has been tested and grown in approved facilities. We primarily feature locally grown cannabis, as some of the finest buds come from right here in the Kootenays. We offer unique cannabis strains you might not find elsewhere from local growers such as Sweetgrass Organic, Kootenay Cultivar, Koots Canna, Rosebud Farms, and Woody Nelson - all locally licensed growers in Salmo, Ymir, and Nelson, BC!
